WARRANTY:

For Warranty claims following conditions are applied.

Purchase invoice and warranty cards (comes with certain products) are must required otherwise no claim is entertained.

Laptops with International warranty are claimed on the charges of Rs:-3000/= 

It takes 2 to 4 weeks in process for the claim of any product, Repairable products are repaired and those product which can not be repaired are replaced by the manufacturer/Distributor. and If a product is obsolete it is replaced with new model on price difference.

Warranty is not claimed in case of  damage, burning or water split on the product. 

Power Adapters, chargers and batteries of New Laptops are not claimed.

Used items carry only checking warranty for 2 to 5 days mentioned on purchase invoice.
